James Harcourt brings a fresh 3-track E.P of modern techno for 2015. Title track ‘Infected’ is warped techno-funk at it’s groovy and yes – infectious – finest.
Described by Ian Ossia as “the strongest thing James has done in all these years” this is a track which has drawn a great deal of attention by the few people to have played it at the tail end of 2014.
The 2nd track of the E.P ‘Nutation’ steers in a more melodic direction, but with no less energy. This pulsating track uses a strong melody and arrangement to create a powerful atmosphere at the main crescendo.
Closing out the E.P is ‘RGB’ – featuring further vocal mutation, driving bass and tough techno drums.
